All year round, the integrated irrigation system with large water reservoir provides the plants with the sufficient amount of water. So you do not need to worry about a thirst spell of plants in the middle of summer. The water level indicator shows when the reservoir needs to be refilled.
Thanks to the removable plant inserts with retractable handles, the planting can be easily changed on the table or the floor, while the balcony boxes remain on the railing. These plant inserts can also be exchanged with other Balconera sizes. The inserts of the BALCONERA 40 fit in BALCONERA 80, those of the BALCONERA 50 in BALCONERA 100.
Thanks to the removable overflow screw, excess watering or rain water can drain outdoors. In order to create optimal conditions for the plants, the use of special plant substrates such as the LECHUZA-PON or TERRAPON is recommended.

All Lechuza planters are manufactured in Germany under optimal production standards. The durable plastic containers are shatterproof, weather-resistant and fully recyclable. All black plant inserts are made from 100 percent recycled plastic.
